Total Reentry Solution, Inc. (“TRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) developed this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) to provide TRS members and potential members, subcontractors and suppliers (and the individuals working for such subcontractors and suppliers), TRS job applicants, and individuals visiting our websites or using our applications with information concerning our Personal Information collection, usage, transfer, privacy and security practices. This Policy also addresses our approach to addressing rights such individuals have with respect to such data.

TRS does not sell Personal Information and has not sold Personal Information in the past twelve (12) months. TRS does not knowingly sell the Personal Information of children under the age of sixteen (16) years old.
As you interact with our Sites, we, with assistance from third-party analytics service providers, collect Personal Information pertaining to your use of TRS’s Sites and the devices and programs from which you access our Sites (“Usage Data”) using cookies and similar technologies.

California residents have certain rights under California privacy law, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), which gives California residents (“consumers” or “you”) certain rights and control over Personal Information. This section of TRS’s Privacy Policy applies solely to our clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and their employees and officers; users of our website; job applicants; and job candidates whose Personal Information we collect who reside in the State of California. If you are a California resident, you have the following privacy rights under the CCPA.
You have the right to request that a business disclose the Personal Information about you that it has collected, used, disclosed and/or sold, as applicable, including the specific pieces of Personal Information that the business has collected about you, in the twelve (12) months prior to the date on which the business receives your request.
You have the right to request deletion of Personal Information about you that a business has collected, subject to certain exceptions.
You have the right to direct a business that sells your Personal Information not to sell your Personal Information. We do not sell your Personal Information.
You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment by a business for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
It is our intent to provide individuals with all privacy rights to which they are entitled by law. If you believe that you are entitled to exercise privacy rights under any other law, you may seek to exercise such rights utilizing the information we provide in the following section on Exercising Your Privacy Rights.

Only you or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may designate an authorized agent to make a consumer request on your behalf by submitting such request to TRS via email at info@totalreentry.com with “Request for Authorized Agent” in the subject line. Before acting in response to such a request, we will require your authorized agent to verify the representative’s authority and identity.
Before responding to your request to exercise your rights, we must verify your identity through reasonable verification measures. If you have a password-protected account with us, we may verify your identity through our existing authentication practices for your account. If you are requesting the disclosure or deletion of Personal Information, we may require you to re-authenticate yourself before disclosing or deleting your Personal Information.
Our verification processes also may include requiring you to provide answers to questions pertaining to the Personal Information we have on file concerning you; to provide confirmation of your request using the email address we have on file for you; or to confirm your request when we call you using the phone number we have on file for you.
If we cannot verify your identity based on information we already have, we may request additional information from you. If this is necessary, we will only use such additional information for purposes of verifying your identity and for fraud-prevention. If we are unable to reasonably verify your identity (and thus unable to comply with your request), we will advise you why that is the case.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new services or offerings; as we improve our current services and offerings; and as technologies and laws change. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on our websites. Any changes will become effective thirty (30) days after our posting of the revised Privacy Policy on our websites. The date this Privacy Policy was updated and the date it became effective are identified at the top of the first page.
